Halk kendi kendisini y\u00f6netme yetkisini temsilcileri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kullan\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6netimde yurtta\u015flar\u0131n se\u00e7me ve se\u00e7ilme hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r.Devlet y\u00f6netimi,s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n, ki\u015filerin ailelerin,bir z\u00fcmrenin eline b\u0131rak\u0131lamaz.Milletin b\u00fct\u00fcn bireyleri y\u00f6netime kat\u0131labilir ve s\u00f6z sahibi olabilir.\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc cumhuriyet y\u00f6netiminde b\u00fct\u00fcn vatanda\u015flar e\u015fit haklara sahiptir.<\/p>\n<p>Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn hedef olarak g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f uygar \u00fclke olma yolunda laik, demokratik Cumhuriyet rejimi ile kat etti\u011fimiz mesafe k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenecek gibi de\u011fildir. Cumhuriyet bize ulus olma, d\u00fcnya milletlerinin onurlu bir \u00fcyesi olma bilincini kazand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyet, demokrasiyi geli\u015ftiren en iyi sistemdir. Ki\u015finin hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckleri ancak bu sistem i\u00e7inde g\u00fcvencede olabilir.
