h\u00fckme ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Mesleki ve teknik orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7er\u00e7eve \u00f6\u011fretim programlar\u0131 ve haftal\u0131k ders \u00e7izelgelerinde yer alan mesleki alan\/dal uygulamalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin derslerin i\u015fletmelerde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda bu derslerin i\u015fletmelerde\u00a0<em>mesleki e\u011fitim<\/em>\u00a0olarak adland\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 hususuna a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Haz\u0131rlanan haftal\u0131k ders program\u0131n\u0131n, ders y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda ve i\u00e7inde getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0E\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131m\u0131zda\u00a0<em>okul spor kul\u00fcb\u00fc<\/em>n\u00fcn kurulabilmesine imk\u00e2n verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Anadolu imam hatip liselerinde uygulamaya konulan\u00a0<em>klasik sanatlar ve musiki program\u0131na<\/em>\u00a0\u00f6\u011frenci al\u0131m\u0131 ve kay\u0131t i\u015flemlerinin Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a belirlenen esas ve usullere g\u00f6re yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 hususuna a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Mill\u00ee sporcular<\/em>\u00a0ile\u00a0<em>tutuklu ve h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc \u00f6\u011frenciler<\/em>in de nakil ve ge\u00e7i\u015fleri il\/il\u00e7e \u00f6\u011frenci yerle\u015ftirme ve nakil komisyonun g\u00f6revleri aras\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a08 inci s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 tamamlayan ve Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca\u00a0<em>\u201chaf\u0131zl\u0131k\u201d belgesi<\/em>\u00a0verilen ancak yerle\u015ftirmeye esas puan\u0131 bulunmayan ya da herhangi bir orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumuna yerle\u015femeyen \u00f6\u011frencilerin tercihleri de dikkate al\u0131narak haf\u0131zl\u0131k program\u0131 uygulayan Anadolu imam hatip liselerine komisyon marifetiyle yerle\u015ftirilmeleri h\u00fck\u00fcm alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00d6zel program ve proje uygulayan e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131nda\u00a0<em>bir \u015fubeye al\u0131nacak \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da 30<\/em>\u00a0olaca\u011f\u0131 hususu h\u00fckme ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0K\u00fclt\u00fcrler aras\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenci de\u011fi\u015fim programlar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde veya ailesinin i\u015fi nedeniyle 9, 10 ve 11 inci s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 \u00fclkemizde okuyup 12 nci s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tamamlayarak gelen \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in d\u00fczenlenen denklik belgesine dayal\u0131 olarak kay\u0131tl\u0131 oldu\u011fu okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce\u00a0<em>orta\u00f6\u011fretim diplomas\u0131<\/em>n\u0131n verilece\u011fi h\u00fck\u00fcm alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Mesleki ve teknik Anadolu liselerinin Anadolu teknik programlar\u0131na ge\u00e7i\u015f i\u00e7in, orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n 9 uncu s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan ge\u00e7en ve y\u0131lsonu ba\u015far\u0131 puan\u0131 en az 55 yerine\u00a0<em>70 olan<\/em>\u00f6\u011frencilerin ba\u015fvurabilece\u011fi hususu h\u00fckme ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Gen\u00e7lik ve Spor Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca belirlenen faaliyetin haz\u0131rl\u0131k d\u00f6nemi ve organizasyon s\u00fcrecine kat\u0131lan \u00f6\u011frenciler, okula devam edemedikleri s\u00fcrece\u00a0<em>faaliyet izinli<\/em>\u00a0say\u0131lacaklar\u0131 ve bu s\u00fcrenin devams\u0131zl\u0131k s\u00fcresine d\u00e2hil edilmeyece\u011fi h\u00fckme ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Sosyal hizmet, emniyet ve asayi\u015f birimlerinin resm\u00ee raporlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda koruma ve bak\u0131m alt\u0131na al\u0131nanlar \u00f6\u011frenciler de, \u00f6z\u00fcrs\u00fcz devams\u0131zl\u0131k s\u00fcresi 10 g\u00fcn\u00fc ge\u00e7memek kayd\u0131yla toplam devams\u0131zl\u0131k s\u00fcresi 60 g\u00fcn olarak uygulananlar kapsam\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>15-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Yar\u0131y\u0131l ve yaz tatili s\u00fcresince i\u015fletmelerde mesleki e\u011fitim g\u00f6ren \u00f6\u011frencilerin 3308 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun kapsam\u0131nda kulland\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fccretli ve \u00fccretsiz izin s\u00fcreleri devams\u0131zl\u0131ktan say\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131, ancak \u00f6z\u00fcrs\u00fcz devams\u0131zl\u0131k s\u00fcresinin \u00fccretsiz izin s\u00fcresinden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclece\u011fi h\u00fckme ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>16-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Okullar aras\u0131ndaki onuncu s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencilerinin nakil ve ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcresi\u00a0<em>temmuz ay\u0131n\u0131n sonu<\/em>olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>17-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0669 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararname ile kapat\u0131lan asker\u00ee okullar, 6638 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunla kapat\u0131lan polis kolejlerinin \u00f6\u011frencileri i\u00e7in Y\u00f6netmelikte bulunan ilgili h\u00fck\u00fcmler kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>18-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Nakil ve ge\u00e7i\u015f ba\u015fvurusu,\u00a0<em>aral\u0131k ve may\u0131s aylar\u0131 hari\u00e7<\/em>\u00a0olmak \u00fczere her ay\u0131n ilk i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fcnden ba\u015flayarak son i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fcnden \u00f6nce veli taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6\u011frencinin \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dilek\u00e7e ile yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 hususuna a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>19-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Okullara nakil ba\u015fvurular\u0131nda, \u00a0ba\u015fvurunun a\u00e7\u0131k kontenjandan fazla olmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde 9 uncu s\u0131n\u0131flar i\u00e7in\u00a0<em>Yerle\u015ftirmeye Esas Puan\u0131<\/em>\u00a0\u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re kay\u0131t\/nakil yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 husus belirtilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>20-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Klasik sanatlar ve musiki program\u0131 uygulayan Anadolu imam hatip liselerinde a\u00e7\u0131k kontenjan bulunmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde, sadece di\u011fer orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n 9 uncu s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131ndan Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a belirlenen esaslara g\u00f6re eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131n\u0131n son haftas\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak\u00a0<em>yetenek s\u0131nav\u0131 ile<\/em>\u00f6\u011frenci nakil ve ge\u00e7i\u015fi yap\u0131labilece\u011fi h\u00fckme ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>21-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Haftal\u0131k ders saati say\u0131s\u0131na bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n her dersten\u00a0<em>en az iki yaz\u0131l\u0131 s\u0131nav yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n esas<\/em>\u00a0al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 hususu belirtilmi\u015f, \u00f6\u011frencilerin her dersten\u00a0<em>en az iki yaz\u0131l\u0131 s\u0131nava kat\u0131lma zorunlulu\u011fu<\/em>\u00a0kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>22-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Uygulamal\u0131 nitelikteki dersler ile Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim dersi s\u0131navlar\u0131, her d\u00f6nemde iki defadan az olmamak \u00fczere ve dersin \u00f6zelli\u011fine g\u00f6re yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve uygulamal\u0131 olarak veya bunlardan yaln\u0131zca biriyle\u00a0<em>ortak olarak ya da ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131<\/em>\u00a0yap\u0131labilece\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>23-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Dil ve anlat\u0131m ile yabanc\u0131 belirlenmesinde ise e\u011fitimini g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc derslerin puanlar\u0131n\u0131n esas al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 ve di\u011fer derslerden muaf tutulaca\u011f\u0131 h\u00fckme ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>27-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Sorumluluk s\u0131navlar\u0131, ders y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve\/veya uygulamal\u0131 s\u0131nav esaslar\u0131na g\u00f6re birinci ve ikinci d\u00f6nemin ilk haftas\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde iki alan \u00f6\u011fretmeni,\u00a0<em>bulunmamas\u0131 h\u00e2linde biri alan \u00f6\u011fretmeni<\/em>\u00a0olmak \u00fczere iki \u00f6\u011fretmen taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 hususuna yer verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>28-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0E\u011fitim ve i\u00e7in ayn\u0131 usulle takip eden hafta i\u00e7inde bir s\u0131nav daha yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 h\u00fckm\u00fcne yer verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>29-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00d6\u011frenim hakk\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f say\u0131lmas\u0131 h\u00e2linin, haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencileri i\u00e7in uygulanmayaca\u011f\u0131 belirtilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>30-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a03308 say\u0131l\u0131 Mesleki E\u011fitim Kanununun 35 inci maddesinin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda meslek lisesi mezunu olmak isteyen genel lise program\u0131 mezunlar\u0131 ifadesi yerine\u00a0<em>orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumu mezunlar\u0131<\/em>\u00a0ifadesi getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>31-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Mesleki ve teknik orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131nda yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f e\u011fitim kapsam\u0131nda\u00a0<em>yat kaptanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 dal\u0131 kapat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan<\/em>, s\u00f6z konusu e\u011fitimin denizcilik alan\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 belirtilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>32-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Okul birincilerinin tespitinde, yarg\u0131 karar\u0131 gere\u011fi ilgili madde metninden \u201c<em>okul \u00f6\u011frenci \u00f6d\u00fcl ve disiplin kurulunun da g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc al\u0131narak<\/em>\u201d ifadesi ile\u00a0 \u201c<em>10 puandan fazla davran\u0131\u015f puan\u0131 indirilmi\u015f ve iade edilmemi\u015f olanlar ile<\/em>\u201d ifadesi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>33-\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0G\u00fczel sanatlar liselerinde; resim ve m\u00fczik programlar\u0131 i\u00e7in faaliyetlerde meslek dersleri \u00f6\u011fretmenlerinin sorumlulu\u011funda sosyal etkinlikler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde hutbe, vaaz ve benzeri programlar d\u00fczenler ve bu konularda uygulanmas\u0131 eklenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>37-\u00a0S\u00f6z konusu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 86 nc\u0131 maddesinin alt\u0131nc\u0131 f\u0131kras\u0131 yarg\u0131 karar\u0131 gere\u011fince \u201c<em>Anadolu imam-hatip lisesi meslek dersleri \u00f6\u011fretmenleri gerek ders saatleri i\u00e7erisinde, gerekse ders saatleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olmak \u00fczere \u00f6\u011frencilerin mesleki becerilerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7evreyle ili\u015fki kurmalar\u0131na rehberlik ederek mesleki uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n verimli olmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapar ve faaliyetlere kat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/em>\u201d\u00a0 \u015feklinde d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>38 \u2013 Koordinat\u00f6r \u00f6\u011fretmen
