(De\u011fi\u015fik: 1\/7\/2006-5538\/2 md.) Yurt i\u00e7inde veya yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda <b>g\u00f6rev yapmakta iken <\/b>yurt i\u00e7inde veya yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki s\u00fcrekli bir g\u00f6reve <b>naklen atanan ya da <\/b>yabanc\u0131 \u00fclkelerdeki memuriyet merkezi de\u011fi\u015ftirilen memur ve hizmetlilere yeni g\u00f6rev yerlerine kadar;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><b>De\u011ferlendirme<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bu madde \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k olarak sadece s\u00fcrekli bir g\u00f6reve <b>naklen atananlara<\/b> harc\u0131rah verilece\u011fini d\u00fczenlemi\u015ftir. Bu h\u00fck\u00fcm halen y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fcktedir. 12\/7\/2006 tarihli Resmi Gazetede yay\u0131mlanan 5538 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunla, 6245 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanuna eklenen bu h\u00fck\u00fcm Anayasa Mahkemesince de iptal edilmemi\u015ftir.
