Bu bo\u011fumlanma sitoplazmay\u0131 ikiye ay\u0131r\u0131ncaya kadar devam eder. Yeni h\u00fccreler e\u015fit veya e\u015fit olmayan b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fcktedir. Fakat genetik materyal bak\u0131m\u0131ndan her iki h\u00fccre de ayn\u0131 genetik yap\u0131ya sahip, kromozom say\u0131lar\u0131 e\u015fittir.<\/p>\n<p>Bitki h\u00fccresindeki sitoplazma b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesi: Bitki h\u00fccresinde h\u00fccre \u00e7eperi bulundu\u011fundan bo\u011fumlanma g\u00f6r\u00fclmez. H\u00fccrenin ortas\u0131nda orta lamel denilen ara plak olu\u015fumu ba\u015flar. Orta lamel h\u00fccrenin \u00e7eperine ula\u015f\u0131ncaya kadar b\u00fcy\u00fcr ve kal\u0131nla\u015f\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece sitoplazma i\u00e7indeki yap\u0131lar hemem hemen e\u015fit olacak \u015fekilde ikiye ayr\u0131l\u0131r. Zamanla orta lamel iki yavru h\u00fccrenin faaliyeti sonunda normal h\u00fccre \u00e7eperi halini al\u0131r.
