Projeler verildikleri d\u00f6nemde de\u011ferlendirilir. Proje vermeyen \u00f6\u011frencinin proje notu s\u0131f\u0131r olarak de\u011ferlendirilir.<\/p>\n<p>(3) \u00d6\u011frencilere, her d\u00f6nemde se\u00e7meli dersler d\u00e2hil b\u00fct\u00fcn derslerden en fazla be\u015f defa olmak \u00fczere ders etkinliklerine kat\u0131l\u0131m puan\u0131 verilir.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Rehberlik ve sosyal etkinlikler puanla de\u011ferlendirilmez.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Ortaokul ve imam-hatip ortaokullar\u0131n\u0131n 8 inci s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131nda T\u00fcrk\u00e7e, Matematik, Fen ve Teknoloji, Yabanc\u0131 Dil, Din K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve Ahlak Bilgisi ve T.C. \u0130nk\u0131l\u00e2p Tarihi ve Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck derslerinden iki yaz\u0131l\u0131 s\u0131nav yap\u0131lanlardan birincisi, \u00fc\u00e7 yaz\u0131l\u0131 s\u0131nav yap\u0131landan ise ikincisi olmak \u00fczere \u00d6l\u00e7me, De\u011ferlendirme ve S\u0131nav Hizmetleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce her d\u00f6nem merkez\u00ee sistemle ortak s\u0131nav yap\u0131l\u0131r. S\u0131navlar\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnlerde okulda ders yap\u0131lmaz. Bu f\u0131kran\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 ile ilgili usul ve esaslar Y\u00f6nerge ile belirlenir.<\/p>\n<p>(6) Ortaokul ve imam-hatip ortaokullar\u0131n\u0131n 8 inci s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131nda bu maddenin 5 inci f\u0131kras\u0131nda belirtilen derslerden Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a yap\u0131lacak merkez\u00ee sistem ortak s\u0131navlar\u0131n\u0131n takvimi ve s\u00fcresi k\u0131lavuzla belirlenir ve s\u0131nav tarihinden en az bir ay \u00f6nce duyurulur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6l\u00e7me ve de\u011ferlendirmeye kat\u0131lmayanlar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MADDE 23 \u2013 \u00a0(De\u011fi\u015fik: 26\/07\/2014 &#8211; 29072 RG) -(1) \u00d6\u011fretmenler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan s\u0131navlara herhangi bir nedenle kat\u0131lamayan veya projesini zaman\u0131nda teslim edemeyen \u00f6\u011frencinin durumu velisine bildirilir. Veli, \u00f6\u011frencisinin s\u0131nava kat\u0131lamama veya projesini zaman\u0131nda teslim edememe gerek\u00e7esini, en ge\u00e7 be\u015f i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde okul y\u00f6netimine yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bildirir. Merkez\u00ee sistem ortak s\u0131nav\u0131na girmeyen \u00f6\u011frencilerin bilgileri, ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce e-Okul sistemine i\u015flenir.<\/p>\n<p>(2) \u00d6\u011fretmenler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan s\u0131navlara kat\u0131lmayan ve okul y\u00f6netimince \u00f6zr\u00fc uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclen \u00f6\u011frenciler, ders \u00f6\u011fretmeninin belirleyece\u011fi bir zamanda \u00f6nceden \u00f6\u011frenciye duyurularak dersin niteli\u011fine g\u00f6re yap\u0131lacak de\u011ferlendirme etkinli\u011fine al\u0131n\u0131r. Bu \u00f6l\u00e7me de\u011ferlendirme etkinli\u011fi, s\u0131n\u0131fta di\u011fer \u00f6\u011frencilerle ders i\u015flenirken yap\u0131labilece\u011fi gibi ders d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da yap\u0131labilir. \u00d6\u011frenciler, projelerini \u00f6\u011fretmenin belirleyece\u011fi s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde teslim eder.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Merkez\u00ee sistem ortak s\u0131navlar\u0131na kat\u0131lamayanlar\u0131n durumu okul y\u00f6netimince mazeret s\u0131nav\u0131ndan \u00f6nce karara ba\u011flan\u0131r. \u00d6zr\u00fc uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclen \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a belirlenen tarih ve merkezlerde mazeret s\u0131nav\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Ge\u00e7erli \u00f6zr\u00fc olmadan \u00f6\u011fretmenler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan s\u0131navlar ile merkez\u00ee sistemle yap\u0131lan ortak s\u0131nava kat\u0131lmayan veya projesini zaman\u0131nda teslim etmeyen \u00f6\u011frencilerin durumlar\u0131 puanla de\u011ferlendirilmez. Bu durumdaki \u00f6\u011frenciler, rapor s\u00fcresince bu derslerde raporda belirtilen faaliyetlerden sorumlu tutulmazlar. Dersin \u00f6zelli\u011fine ve kat\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 etkinliklere g\u00f6re de\u011ferlendirilerek gerekli yerlerde raporlu olduklar\u0131 belirtilir.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Uygulamal\u0131 derslerle ilgili \u00f6z\u00fcr ba\u015fvurusu, \u00f6\u011frencilerin velileri taraf\u0131ndan dilek\u00e7e ile okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne yap\u0131l\u0131r. Usul\u00fcne uygun olarak al\u0131nmayan raporlar kabul edilmez. Al\u0131nacak raporlarda s\u00fcre belirtilmemi\u015f ise yaln\u0131z o e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli say\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6l\u00e7me ve de\u011ferlendirme sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n duyurulmas\u0131<\/p>\n<p>MADDE 25 \u2013 \u00a0(De\u011fi\u015fik: 26\/07\/2014 &#8211; 29072 RG) \u00a0-(1) Sonu\u00e7lar; s\u0131navlar\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, projelerin teslim edildi\u011fi tarihten ba\u015flayarak en ge\u00e7 10 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde \u00f6\u011frencilere bildirilir. S\u0131nav k\u00e2\u011f\u0131tlar\u0131, incelenmek \u00fczere \u00f6\u011frencilere da\u011f\u0131t\u0131l\u0131r ve varsa yap\u0131lan ortak hatalar s\u0131n\u0131fta a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131ktan sonra geri al\u0131narak bir e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 saklan\u0131r. Projeler \u00f6\u011fretmen taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirildikten sonra \u00f6\u011frenciye iade edilir ve \u00f6\u011frenci taraf\u0131ndan ders y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar saklan\u0131r. Ders etkinliklerine kat\u0131l\u0131m, s\u0131nav ve projeye verilen puanlar, e-Okul sisteminin ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne i\u015flenir.<\/p>\n<p>(2) \u00d6\u011frencilerin haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131 projelerin de\u011ferlendirilmesinde kullan\u0131lan dereceli puanlama \u00f6l\u00e7ekleri de bir y\u0131l saklan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Geli\u015fim Raporu ile \u00d6\u011frenci Karnesi\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MADDE 30<strong> \u2013<\/strong> \u00a0(De\u011fi\u015fik: 26\/07\/2014 &#8211; 29072 RG) \u00a0-(1) Okul \u00f6ncesi e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131nda Okul \u00d6ncesi E\u011fitim Program\u0131 do\u011frultusunda haz\u0131rlanan \u00e7ocu\u011fa y\u00f6nelik Geli\u015fim Raporu, her d\u00f6nem sonunda e-Okul sistemine i\u015flenerek bir \u00f6rne\u011fi veliye verilir. Geli\u015fim raporuna pedagojik olmayan ve gizlili\u011fi gerektiren bilgiler i\u015flenmez.<\/p>\n<p>(2) \u0130lk\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131nda;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) \u00d6\u011frencilere, e-Okul sistemindeki bilgiler esas al\u0131narak her d\u00f6nem sonunda karne verilir. Karnede, \u00f6\u011frencinin derslerdeki ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 ile sosyal etkinlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve okula devam durumu g\u00f6sterilir. \u0130lkokul karnesinde davran\u0131\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctlerine g\u00f6re \u00f6\u011frencilerin geli\u015fim d\u00fczeylerine de yer verilir.<\/li>\n<li>b) \u00d6\u011frenci karneleri e-Okul sisteminde yer alan puan \u00e7izelgeleri bilgilerine g\u00f6re birinci ve ikinci d\u00f6nem sonunda d\u00fczenlenir. \u00d6\u011frencilere da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lan karneler geri al\u0131nmaz. Karnelerde elektronik imza kullan\u0131labilir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6\u011frenci Ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n De\u011ferlendirilmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MADDE 31 \u2013 (De\u011fi\u015fik: 26\/07\/2014 &#8211; 29072 RG)- (1) \u0130lkokullarda \u00f6\u011frencilere s\u0131n\u0131f tekrar\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131 esast\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak; istenilen yeterlik d\u00fczeyine ula\u015famam\u0131\u015f ilkokul \u00f6\u011frencilerine, velinin yaz\u0131l\u0131 talebi \u00fczerine, okul m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc ve ilgili s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011fretmeninin karar\u0131yla ilkokul \u00f6\u011frenimi s\u00fcresinde bir defaya mahsus olmak \u00fczere s\u0131n\u0131f tekrar\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131labilir. Okula hi\u00e7 devam etmeyen \u00f6\u011frenciler ve ilkokul haftal\u0131k zorunlu ders saati say\u0131s\u0131 kadar de\u011ferlendirilmesi yap\u0131lamayan\/puan\u0131 girilmeyen \u00f6\u011frenciler ile bu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 27 nci maddesinin be\u015finci f\u0131kras\u0131nda belirtilen mazeretler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda okula en az bir d\u00f6nem devam etmeyen \u00f6\u011frencilere s\u0131n\u0131f tekrar\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Ortaokul ve imam-hatip ortaokullar\u0131nda;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) \u00d6\u011frenci kendi ya\u015f grubu i\u00e7inde yeti\u015ftirilir ve bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak de\u011ferlendirilir. Bu e\u011fitim kademesi, \u00f6\u011frencilerin derslerdeki ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131larak elenecekleri bir d\u00f6nem de\u011fil, \u00f6\u011fretim programlar\u0131nda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen derslerin ve sosyal etkinlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ortak katk\u0131s\u0131yla ilgi ve yetene\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde yeti\u015ftirilecekleri bir d\u00f6nem olarak de\u011ferlendirilir.<\/li>\n<li>b) E\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6z\u00fcrs\u00fcz 20 g\u00fcn devams\u0131zl\u0131k yapanlar ile bir \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 ba\u015farmada g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcklerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fabilecek \u00f6\u011frencilerin s\u0131n\u0131f ge\u00e7mesi veya s\u0131n\u0131f tekrar\u0131na, ikinci d\u00f6nemin son haftas\u0131nda \u015fube \u00f6\u011fretmenler kurulunda karar verilir. Al\u0131nan gerek\u00e7eli karar, bu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin ekinde yer alan EK-5 Ders Y\u0131l\u0131 Sonu \u015eube \u00d6\u011fretmenler Kurulu \u00d6\u011frenci Ki\u015fisel De\u011ferlendirme Tutana\u011f\u0131na yaz\u0131larak e-Okul sisteminin ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne i\u015flenir. Tutana\u011f\u0131n bir \u00f6rne\u011fi ders y\u0131l\u0131 sonu \u015fube \u00f6\u011fretmenler kurulu karar dosyas\u0131nda saklan\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca veli de bilgilendirilir. Bu kararda, oylar\u0131n e\u015fitli\u011fi h\u00e2linde ba\u015fkan\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 oy y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7o\u011funluk sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>c) Kurul karar\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131f ge\u00e7en \u00f6\u011frencilerin puanlar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilmez. Okul kay\u0131tlar\u0131na, &#8220;\u015eube \u00d6\u011fretmenler Kurulu Karar\u0131yla Ge\u00e7ti&#8221; veya &#8220;S\u0131n\u0131f Tekrar\u0131na Karar Verildi&#8221; ibaresi yaz\u0131l\u0131r. Bu durum \u00f6\u011frencinin karnesinde de belirtilir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>(3) Kayna\u015ft\u0131rma ve \u00f6zel e\u011fitim s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131nda e\u011fitimlerine devam eden \u00f6\u011frencilere ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131f tekrar\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131lmaz. Ancak;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) Velinin yaz\u0131l\u0131 talebi ve Bireyselle\u015ftirilmi\u015f E\u011fitim Program\u0131 Geli\u015ftirme Biriminin karar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda, ilkokulda kayna\u015ft\u0131rma \u00f6\u011frencilerine bir defaya mahsus olmak \u00fczere s\u0131n\u0131f tekrar\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131labilir.<\/li>\n<li>b) Bu \u00f6\u011frencilerin okula devam durumlar\u0131; ilkokul \u00f6\u011frencileri i\u00e7in bu maddenin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n (b) bendi, ortaokul ve imam-hatip ortaokulu \u00f6\u011frencileri i\u00e7in ise ikinci f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n (b) bendi h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine g\u00f6re de\u011ferlendirilir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Tema ve \u00dcniteler incelendi ve yap\u0131lmas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen gezilerin planl\u0131,zaman\u0131 z\u00fcmre tutana\u011f\u0131ndaki gibi olaca\u011f\u0131na karar verildi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>13.Birinci edilmesi,konulara paralel olarak Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck konular\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flenmesi ve her \u00f6\u011fretmenin e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretimle ilgili kitaplar\u0131 mutlaka okumas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n<p>15.Planlar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 a\u015famas\u0131nda idareden destek al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131,velilerin velilerin destek olabilece\u011fi konular\u0131n veli
