SINIFLAR) \u00d6\u011eRET\u0130M PROGRAMI uygulanaca\u011f\u0131ndan, bu program\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131 incelenmi\u015f ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki sonu\u00e7lara ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standart tabanl\u0131 bir yap\u0131 benimsenmi\u015ftir,<\/li>\n<li>Program kapsam\u0131nda d\u00fczeyler ve d\u00fczeylere uygun kazan\u0131mlar belirlenirken Fraillon ve Ainley (2011) ile Tomei (2005) taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6nerilen her iki s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmaya da uygun olmas\u0131 sa\u011flanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Program 6 d\u00fczeyde toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6\u011frenci merkezli de\u011ferlendirme yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 benimsenmi\u015ftir (Portfolyo, rubrik, akran de\u011ferlendirme, \u00f6z de\u011ferlendirme, performans de\u011ferlendirme)<\/li>\n<li>\u201cBili\u015fim Teknolojileri ve Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u201d Dersinin Genel Amac\u0131 ve Yeterlikleri belirlenmi\u015f ve 4 ana ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Bilgi ve \u0130leti\u015fim Teknolojilerinin Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 Kullan\u0131m\u0131 Konusunda \u00d6\u011frencilerden Beklentiler belirlenmi\u015f bunlar performans g\u00f6stergeleri olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cBili\u015fim Teknolojileri ve Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u201d Dersi i\u00e7in \u00d6\u011frenme Alanlar\u0131\u201d belirlenmi\u015f ve 4 ana b\u00f6l\u00fcme ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Genel anlamda hiyerar\u015fik olarak ilerleyen \u00f6\u011frenme alanlar\u0131 temel g\u00fcvenlik tedbirlerinden ba\u015flay\u0131p, yaz\u0131l\u0131m projeleri geli\u015ftirme a\u015famas\u0131na kadar varm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7er\u00e7eve program kapsam\u0131nda farkl\u0131 d\u00fczeyler i\u00e7in kazan\u0131mlar belirlenmi\u015f ve 6 d\u00fczey i\u00e7in \u00e7izelge ile detayland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Programda son olarak \u00d6\u011frenim Etkinlikleri ve \u00d6l\u00e7me-De\u011ferlendirme i\u00e7in \u00d6rnekler verilmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BT ve Yaz\u0131l\u0131m dersi \u00f6\u011fretim program\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde \u00f6zetlenebilir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00d6\u011frenci d\u00fczeyine g\u00f6re etkinlik tasar\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmene b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r,<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6nemli olan kazan\u0131m\u0131n verilmesi oldu\u011fu, konu i\u00e7eriklerinin de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6sterebilece\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir,<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6\u011frencilerin bireysel sorumluluk alabilmelerine y\u00f6nelik bir programd\u0131r,<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6\u011frencilerin portfolyo (\u00fcr\u00fcn se\u00e7ki dosyas\u0131) tutmalar\u0131 \u00f6zendirecek niteliktedir,<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6\u011fretmenin d\u00fczey se\u00e7imlerini, \u00f6\u011frencilerinin haz\u0131r bulunu\u015fluluklar\u0131na g\u00f6re yapaca\u011f\u0131 bir program oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan \u00f6\u011fretim program\u0131 yay\u0131nland\u0131ktan 1 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcre ge\u00e7mesine kar\u015f\u0131n hen\u00fcz ders materyalleri ya da ders kitab\u0131 yay\u0131nlanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durum ders \u00f6\u011fretmenlerini zor durumda b\u0131rakacakt\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretim Program\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7eveyi belirlemektedir ancak yeterli etkinlik bulamamak handikap olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte ayr\u0131ca yurt \u00e7ap\u0131nda bir standartlar\u0131n yerle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in kitap kullan\u0131m\u0131 elzem g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5-<\/strong> Bili\u015fim Teknolojileri ve Yaz\u0131l\u0131m dersi alacak olan 5 ve 6.s\u0131n\u0131flar i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanacak y\u0131ll\u0131k planlarda Talim Terbiye Kurulu\u2019nun yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim program\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 kalarak, belirtilen \u00f6\u011frenme alanlar\u0131n\u0131n ve yeterliliklerin kazand\u0131r\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in etkinliklere yer verilmesi yerinde olacakt\u0131r. Konu ile ilgili s\u00f6z alan \u00d6\u011fretmen-1 \u201cY\u0131ll\u0131k plan haz\u0131rlan\u0131rken alternatif etkinliklere de yer vermek iyi olacakt\u0131r diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. \u00d6rne\u011fin elektrik kesintisi durumunda da bir b plan\u0131m\u0131z olmal\u0131\u201d diyerek g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f bildirdi. \u00d6\u011fretmen-2 \u201c Planda mutlaka kazan\u0131mlar, \u00f6\u011frenme alanlar\u0131 ve yeterlilikler yaz\u0131lmal\u0131, b\u00f6ylece \u00f6\u011fretim program\u0131na g\u00f6re tutarl\u0131 bir yol izlemi\u015f oluruz, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda da ayn\u0131 plan \u00fczerinde d\u00fczeltmeler-geli\u015ftirmeler yaparken belirli bir d\u00fczene sahip oluruz\u201d dedi. \u00d6\u011fretmen-3 s\u00f6z alarak \u201chepimizin bildi\u011fi \u00fczere art\u0131k dersimiz zorunlu dersler aras\u0131nda ve notla de\u011ferlendirme yapmak durumunday\u0131z. Planda s\u0131nav tarihlerine de yer vermeliyiz. \u00d6te yandan \u00f6l\u00e7me de\u011ferlendirme y\u00f6ntemlerimize de yer verirsek, hangi \u00f6l\u00e7me arac\u0131n\u0131 kullanaca\u011f\u0131z? \u00c7eli\u015fkisine d\u00fc\u015fmemi\u015f oluruz\u201d diyerek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini sundu. Mehmet S\u00fcheyb I\u015eIK \u201cdi\u011fer derslerin i\u00e7inden temin edece\u011fimiz bir\u00e7ok etkinlik konusu olacakt\u0131r, bence planda di\u011fer derslerle ili\u015fkisine de yer vermeliyiz. Ayr\u0131ca mobil uygulama aya\u011f\u0131 olan etkinlikler i\u00e7in bir \u201cmobil\u201d s\u00fctunu a\u00e7\u0131labilir, gezi-yar\u0131\u015fma gibi etkinlikler i\u00e7in de ayr\u0131 bir s\u00fctun olu\u015fturulabilir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6-<\/strong> Ba\u015fkan \u201cBelirli g\u00fcn ve haftalarda ders etkinlikleri i\u00e7ine o haftan\u0131n \u00f6nemini, kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 entegre edebiliriz. \u00d6rne\u011fin 10 Kas\u0131m\u2019\u0131 i\u00e7ine alan Atat\u00fcrk Haftas\u0131nda, Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn devrimleri, ilkelerine yer verilebilir. Kelime i\u015flem yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile ilgili yap\u0131lacak ders etkinli\u011finin metni bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede se\u00e7ilebilir. Yap\u0131lacak \u00f6\u011frenci \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ana konusu bu y\u00f6nde belirlenebilir.\u201d \u00d6\u011fretmen-1 \u201c18 Mart \u00c7anakkale \u015eehitleri\u2019i anma haftas\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak bir\u00e7oklu ortam \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7ine \u00c7anakkale T\u00fcrk\u00fcs\u00fc, \u015eehitlerimiz ile ilgili foto\u011fraflar, \u015eiirler kullan\u0131labilir. Ancak bu s\u0131navlar\u0131n \u015fekline karar verilmesi gerekmektedir.
