A grubu i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011frencilerden t\u00fcm okul t\u00fcrlerini i\u00e7erebilen 15 adet tercih al\u0131nacakt\u0131r. \u00d6\u011frencilerin A grubu tercihleri, tercih listelerinde yer alan okullar\u0131n tercih kodlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, B grubu tercihleri ise sadeceokul t\u00fcrlerine g\u00f6re yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<br \/>\nOkul tercih kodlar\u0131na g\u00f6re olu\u015fturulacak A grubu tercih i\u015flemleri, Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.meb.gov.tr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: small;\">http:\/\/www.meb.gov.tr<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: small;\">, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/oges.meb.gov.tr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: small;\">http:\/\/oges.meb.gov.tr<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: small;\"> veya <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/e-okul.meb.gov.tr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: small;\">https:\/\/e-okul.meb.gov.tr<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: small;\"> internet adreslerinde yay\u0131mlanan tercih listelerinde yer alan okullar\u0131n tercih kodlar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6\u011frenci velisi taraf\u0131ndan 31 Temmuz-08 A\u011fustos 2014 tarihleri aras\u0131nda en fazla 15 (onbe\u015f) tercih olmak \u00fczere yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: small;\">Okul t\u00fcrlerine g\u00f6re olu\u015fturulacak B grubu tercih listesinde, en az 4 (d\u00f6rt) okul t\u00fcr\u00fc zorunlu olarak se\u00e7ilecektir.<br \/>\nElektronik ortamda tercih i\u015flemlerini yapamayan veliler i\u00e7in; okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, tercihi\u015flemlerini \u00f6\u011frenci velisi ad\u0131na, velinin doldurup imzalayarak verdi\u011fi Ek1\u2019deki \u201cYerle\u015ftirme \u0130\u015flemi Tercih \u00d6n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Formu\u201dna ba\u011fl\u0131 kalarak yapacakt\u0131r. (08 A\u011fustos 2014 saat 17:00\u2019ye kadar)Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan s\u0131nava girerek tercihlerini okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine onaylatma imk\u00e2n\u0131 olmayan \u00f6\u011frenciler hari\u00e7, \u201cYerle\u015ftirme \u0130\u015flemi Tercih \u00d6n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Formu\u201d ve \u201cTercih Ba\u015fvuruBilgileri Formu\u201d telefon, posta, faks, eposta v.b. ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ile Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zag\u00f6nderilmeyecektir.<br \/>\nb) Tercihler okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan elektronik ortamda onaylanacakt\u0131r. Tercihlerle ilgili varsa her t\u00fcrl\u00fc d\u00fczeltme onaylanmadan \u00f6nce elektronik ortamda yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Onaylama i\u015flemi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 andan itibaren \u00f6\u011frencinin tercih i\u015flemi tamamlanm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Aksi takdirde \u00f6\u011frenci tercih yapmam\u0131\u015f say\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<br \/>\nc) Tercihlerin elektronik ortamda hatas\u0131z, eksiksiz olarak tercih ve yerle\u015ftirme ek\u0131lavuzuna uygun doldurulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Tercih listesinden \u00f6\u011frenci velisi, onay i\u015fleminden ise okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile veli sorumlu olacakt\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u00e7) Elektronik ortamda onaylanan \u201cTercih Ba\u015fvuru Bilgileri Formu\u201dnun \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131 al\u0131narak okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yetkilisi ve veli taraf\u0131ndan imzaland\u0131ktan sonra asl\u0131 okulda saklanacak ve bir n\u00fcshas\u0131 imza kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 veliye verilecektir.<br \/>\nd) Tercih ve yerle\u015ftirme ile ilgili t\u00fcm i\u015flemler ve bilgilendirmeler <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.meb.gov.tr,http:\/\/oges.meb.gov.tr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: small;\">http:\/\/www.meb.gov.tr,http:\/\/oges.meb.gov.tr<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: small;\"> ile <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/e-okul.meb.gov.tr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: small;\">https:\/\/e-okul.meb.gov.tr<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: small;\"> adreslerindeki veli bilgilendirme sisteminden yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<br \/>\ne) Tercih ba\u015fvurusu 1 (bir) kez yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.
