Biliyorsunuz belge hesaplamalar\u0131 d\u00f6nem puanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>2.d\u00f6nem <strong>lise\u00a0takdir te\u015fekk\u00fcr hesaplamas\u0131<\/strong> yaparken 2.d\u00f6nem puanlar\u0131n\u0131,1.d\u00f6nem takdir te\u015fekk\u00fcr hesaplamalar\u0131 yaparken 1.d\u00f6nem puanlar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmam\u0131z gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>E-okul sisteminde\u00a0<strong>lise\u00a0takdir te\u015fekk\u00fcr hesaplama form\u00fcl\u00fc<\/strong> \u015f\u00f6yle: D\u00f6nem puanlar\u0131 derslerin haftal\u0131k ders saatleri ile \u00e7arp\u0131l\u0131r,\u00e7arp\u0131m sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 toplanarak toplam haftal\u0131k ders saatlerine b\u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sorubak.com\/9siniftakdirhesaplama.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">9.S\u0131n\u0131f Te\u015fekk\u00fcr Takdir Hesaplama<\/span><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sorubak.com\/10siniftakdirhesaplama.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">10.S\u0131n\u0131f Te\u015fekk\u00fcr Takdir Hesaplama<\/span><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sorubak.com\/11siniftakdirhesaplama.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">11.S\u0131n\u0131f Te\u015fekk\u00fcr Takdir Hesaplama<\/span><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sorubak.com\/12siniftakdirhesaplama.html\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">12.S\u0131n\u0131f Te\u015fekk\u00fcr Takdir Hesaplama<\/span><\/a><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rnek davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n ve ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n niteliklerine g\u00f6re \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilmesinde \u00f6\u011frencilere;<\/p>\n<p>a) Te\u015fekk\u00fcr belgesi,<\/p>\n<p>b) Takdir belgesi,<\/p>\n<p>c) Onur belgesi,<\/p>\n<p>\u00e7) \u00dcst\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131 belgesi\u00a0verilir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Te\u015fekk\u00fcr, takdir ve \u00fcst\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131 belgesi ile \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Okul \u00f6\u011frenci \u00f6d\u00fcl ve disiplin kurulu, derslerdeki gayret ve ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131yla \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck g\u00f6steren, t\u00fcm derslerden ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olan, d\u00f6nem puanlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ortalamas\u0131 70,00 den a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 olmayan ve davran\u0131\u015f puan\u0131 100 olan \u00f6\u011frencilerden;<\/p>\n<p>a) 70,00-84,99 aras\u0131ndakileri te\u015fekk\u00fcr belgesi,<\/p>\n<p>b) 85,00 ve daha yukar\u0131 olanlar\u0131 takdir belgesi,<\/p>\n<p>c) Orta\u00f6\u011frenim s\u00fcresince en az \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00f6neminde takdir belgesi alanlar\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131 belgesi\u00a0ile\u00a0\u00f6d\u00fcllendirir.<\/p>\n<p>(2) \u00dcst\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131 belgesi almaya hak kazanan \u00f6\u011frencilere okulun iftihar listesinde yer verilir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Onur belgesi ile \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Okul \u00f6\u011frenci \u00f6d\u00fcl ve disiplin kurulu puan \u015fart\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 kalmadan;<\/p>\n<p>a) T\u00fcrk\u00e7eyi do\u011fru, g\u00fczel ve etkili kullanarak \u00f6rnek olmak,<\/p>\n<p>b) Bilimsel projelerle sosyal etkinliklere kat\u0131lmak, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda liderlik yapmak, yap\u0131lan etkinliklerde e\u011fitime katk\u0131da bulunmak ve \u00fcst\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131 g\u00f6stermek,<\/p>\n<p>c) Okul ara\u00e7-gere\u00e7 ve donan\u0131mlar\u0131yla \u00e7evreyi koruma ve g\u00f6zetmede davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla \u00f6rnek olmak,<\/p>\n<p>\u00e7) G\u00f6rg\u00fc kurallar\u0131na uymada ve insan ili\u015fkilerinde \u00f6rnek olmak,<\/p>\n<p>d) Trafik kurallar\u0131na uymada \u00f6rnek davran\u0131\u015flar sergilemek,<\/p>\n<p>e) Bili\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmada iyi \u00f6rnek olacak davran\u0131\u015flar sergilemek,<\/p>\n<p>f) Okula ve derslere d\u00fczenli olarak gelmek, bu y\u00f6nde arkada\u015flar\u0131na iyi \u00f6rnek olmak,<\/p>\n<p>g) Ya\u015fl\u0131, yetim, \u00f6ks\u00fcz, g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz, engelli ve benzeri durumda olanlara yard\u0131m amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen toplum hizmetlerinde g\u00f6rev almak,<\/p>\n<p>\u011f) Al\u0131nan sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik tedbirlerine uyarak konuyla ilgili \u00f6rnek davran\u0131\u015flar sergilemek gibi davran\u0131\u015flardan \u00f6rnek olu\u015fturacak bir ya da birka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren davran\u0131\u015f puan\u0131 indirilmemi\u015f \u00f6\u011frencileri; \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde herhangi bir \u00f6d\u00fcl al\u0131p almad\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenci, \u00f6\u011fretmen veya okul y\u00f6netiminin teklifi, onur kurulunun uygun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc do\u011frultusunda onur belgesiyle \u00f6d\u00fcllendirir. Bir \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde iki ve daha fazla onur belgesi alan \u00f6\u011frencilere okulun onur listesinde yer verilir.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Ayr\u0131ca \u00f6\u011fretmenler kurulu, ders y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda yukar\u0131da belirtilen davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da onur belgesiyle \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilebilecek davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 belirler.
