Sars\u0131nt\u0131lar ge\u00e7iren Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu durumunu kurtarmak i\u00e7in, ordudan ba\u015flayarak \u0131slahat ve devrim hareketlerine giri\u015fiyordu . 3. Selim , 2. Mahmut , Abd\u00fclmecit d\u00f6nemleri b\u00f6yle ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ortamda Bat\u0131c\u0131 ve yenilik\u00e7i olan \u015fair ve yazarlar, sanatlar\u0131n\u0131 toplum i\u00e7in kulland\u0131lar. Frans\u0131z k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle yeti\u015fmi\u015f ,romantik ve \u00fclk\u00fcc\u00fcyd\u00fcler. Divan \u015fiirini y\u0131kmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar. \u00c7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fcyd\u00fcler: \u015fair,romanc\u0131,tiyatro yazar\u0131\u2026vb. Sanattan \u00e7ok,fikir ve \u00fclk\u00fc pe\u015findedirler; zulme,haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f a\u00e7arlar. Vatan ,millet,h\u00fcrriyet,adalet,me\u015frutiyet kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 heyecanla savunurlar. Daha geni\u015f kitlelere seslenebilmek i\u00e7in ,dilde sadelik yanl\u0131s\u0131d\u0131rlar. Hemen hepsi politikac\u0131 ve m\u00fccadele adam\u0131d\u0131rlar. Tanzimat ikinci d\u00f6neminde realizmin etkisi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. \u015eiirde konu birli\u011fini sa\u011flad\u0131lar. Aruzla yazd\u0131lar. D\u00fczyaz\u0131 dilini \u015fiire uygulad\u0131lar.
