Buna g\u00f6re; fen\u00a0\u00a0 liseleri, sosyal bilimler liseleri, spor liseleri, g\u00fczel sanatlar liseleri ile\u00a0\u00a0 Anadolu sa\u011fl\u0131k ve sa\u011fl\u0131k meslek liselerinde bir \u015fubeye al\u0131nacak \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131\u00a0\u00a0 30, di\u011fer orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131nda \u015fube kontenjanlar\u0131 34, olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>2- T\u00fcm orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131nda bir ders saati 40 dakika olarak e\u015fitlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>3- Ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 okul t\u00fcr\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclen g\u00fczel sanatlar ve spor liselerinin yeni\u00a0\u00a0 durumlar\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe yans\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/p>\n<p>4- Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n uygulamaya koydu\u011fu temel \u00f6\u011fretimden orta\u00f6\u011fretime ge\u00e7i\u015f ve\u00a0\u00a0 yerle\u015ftirme sistemine yer verilerek Sistemin ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n Y\u00f6nerge ile d\u00fczenlenece\u011fine\u00a0\u00a0 vurgu yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>5- T\u00fcm orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n kay\u0131t kabul, nakil ve ge\u00e7i\u015flerine yer verilerek\u00a0\u00a0 okullar\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re i\u015f ve i\u015flemleri ortak kriterlere ba\u011flanarak nakil\u00a0\u00a0 ve ge\u00e7i\u015fler esnek hale getirilmi\u015ftir. Buna g\u00f6re; ayn\u0131 okul t\u00fcr\u00fcnde s\u0131n\u0131rlama\u00a0\u00a0 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n, farkl\u0131 okul t\u00fcrlerinde ise onuncu s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n sonuna kadar nakil yap\u0131labilmesine\u00a0\u00a0 imk\u00e2n verilmi\u015ftir. Yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelen ve nakil \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mayan \u00f6\u011frencilerin\u00a0\u00a0 s\u0131navla \u00f6\u011frenci alan okullara nakline imk\u00e2n verilmi\u015ftir (\u00d6rne\u011fin yerle\u015ftirmeye\u00a0\u00a0 esas puan\u0131 tutan bir Anadolu meslek lisesi \u00f6\u011frencisi kontenjan bulunmak kayd\u0131\u00a0\u00a0 ile Fen lisesine de Sosyal Bilimler Lisesine de Anadolu Lisesine de nakil olabilecektir.\u00a0\u00a0 Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelen \u00f6\u011frenciler ikametlerinin bulundu\u011fu Anadolu liselerine gelebileceklerdir.)<\/p>\n<p>6- Orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131na devam zorunlulu\u011fu getirilerek, \u00f6z\u00fcrs\u00fcz devams\u0131zl\u0131k\u00a0\u00a0 10 g\u00fcnle, \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00f6z\u00fcrs\u00fcz toplam devams\u0131zl\u0131k ise 45 g\u00fcnle s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0\u00a0 Velinin yaz\u0131l\u0131 beyan\u0131 \u00f6z\u00fcr belgesi kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilerek devams\u0131zl\u0131kta\u00a0\u00a0 velinin takip ve sorumlulu\u011funun \u00f6nemi art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>7- 6287 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun kapsam\u0131nda orta\u00f6\u011fretimin zorunlu hale getirilmesine ba\u011fl\u0131\u00a0\u00a0 olarak, \u00f6\u011frencilerin bir orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumuna kaydettirilmesi ve devam\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131\u00a0\u00a0 konusunda \u00f6ncelikle veli sorumlu k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, okul\/kurum y\u00f6neticileri, mill\u00ee e\u011fitim\u00a0\u00a0 m\u00fcd\u00fcrleri mahalli ve m\u00fclk\u00ee idare amirleri ise yapt\u0131r\u0131m ve mevzuat h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini\u00a0\u00a0 uygulama konusunda yetkilendirilmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>8- \u00d6\u011frenci ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesinde; s\u00f6zl\u00fc ve \u00f6devle de\u011ferlendirme\u00a0\u00a0 yerine proje ve performans \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na yer verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>9- Anayasal ve yasal d\u00fczenlemelere paralel olarak \u015fehit ve gazi \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0\u00a0 nakillerinde kolayl\u0131k sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>10- Tasdikname ile ilgili h\u00fck\u00fcmler \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak, bununla ilgili kavramlar yeniden\u00a0\u00a0 d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. Bu ba\u011flamda \u00f6\u011frenim durum belgesi ile okul\/kurum de\u011fi\u015ftirme\u00a0\u00a0 cezas\u0131 kavramlar\u0131na yer verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>11- Uygulamadaki puan ve notla de\u011ferlendirme esas\u0131na dayanan ikili \u00f6l\u00e7me de\u011ferlendirme\u00a0\u00a0 sistemi, sadece puan\u0131 esas alan tekli de\u011ferlendirme sistemine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>12- Ba\u015far\u0131 puan\u0131 45 den 50 puana y\u00fckseltilmi\u015f, \u00f6\u011frencinin, ders y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda\u00a0\u00a0 herhangi bir dersten ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 say\u0131labilmesine y\u00f6nelik puanlar yeniden belirlenmi\u015ftir.\u00a0\u00a0 Buna g\u00f6re iki d\u00f6nem puan\u0131n\u0131n aritmetik ortalamas\u0131 en az 50 veya birinci d\u00f6nem\u00a0\u00a0 puan\u0131 ne olursa olsun ikinci d\u00f6nem puan\u0131 en az 70 olan \u00f6\u011frencilerin ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131\u00a0\u00a0 say\u0131lmas\u0131na dair h\u00fck\u00fcmlere yer verilmi\u015f, okul t\u00fcrlerine g\u00f6re ortalama ile s\u0131n\u0131f\u00a0\u00a0 ge\u00e7ilmesine ili\u015fkin farkl\u0131l\u0131k kald\u0131r\u0131larak b\u00fct\u00fcn okul t\u00fcrleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan y\u0131l\u00a0\u00a0 sonu ba\u015far\u0131 puan\u0131 en az 50 olan \u00f6\u011frencilerin ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 say\u0131lmalar\u0131na ve s\u0131n\u0131f\u00a0\u00a0 ge\u00e7melerine imk\u00e2n verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>13- Orta\u00f6\u011frenim s\u00fcresince en az \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00f6nemlerinde takdir\u00a0\u00a0 belgesi alan \u00f6\u011frencilere \u00fcst\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131 belgesi verilmesine ili\u015fkin h\u00fckme yer\u00a0\u00a0 verilerek, iftihar listesine i\u015flerlik kazand\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>14- Orta\u00f6\u011fretim sisteminde s\u0131nav say\u0131s\u0131 ve \u00e7e\u015fidi azalt\u0131larak ortalama y\u00fckseltme\u00a0\u00a0 s\u0131navlar\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, komisyon marifetiyle yap\u0131lan sorumluluk s\u0131navlar\u0131 ise\u00a0\u00a0 ilgili dersin \u00f6\u011fretmeni taraf\u0131ndan y\u0131lda iki kez (kas\u0131m-nisan) yap\u0131lacak \u015fekilde\u00a0\u00a0 yeniden d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>15- Bilgi edinmeyle ilgili mevzuat do\u011frultusunda \u00f6\u011frencinin s\u0131nav notlar\u0131na\u00a0\u00a0 itirazda bulunabilmesine imk\u00e2n verilerek, buna ili\u015fkin s\u00fcre\u00e7 tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>16- \u0130kili k\u00fclt\u00fcr anla\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00f6\u011frenci de\u011fi\u015fim program\u0131na g\u00f6re yurt\u00a0\u00a0 d\u0131\u015f\u0131na gidip d\u00f6nen \u00f6\u011frencilerin kay\u0131t kabul ve nakillerine ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcmlere\u00a0\u00a0 yer verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>17- Do\u011frudan s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7emeyen \u00f6\u011frencilerden, s\u0131n\u0131f baz\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z ders\u00a0\u00a0 say\u0131s\u0131 en fazla 3 ders olanlar ile alt s\u0131n\u0131flar da d\u00e2hil toplam 6 dersten ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z\u00a0\u00a0 olanlar\u0131n sorumlu olarak s\u0131n\u0131f ge\u00e7melerine imk\u00e2n verilerek, s\u0131n\u0131f tekrar\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0\u00a0 azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>18- Orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim faaliyetlerinde; \u00fcniversiteler,\u00a0\u00a0 sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctleri, yerel y\u00f6netimler ve di\u011fer resm\u00ee ve \u00f6zel kurum ve kurulu\u015flarla\u00a0\u00a0 i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik eden h\u00fck\u00fcmlere vurgu yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>19- Zorunlu orta\u00f6\u011fretim kapsam\u0131nda; s\u0131n\u0131f tekrar\u0131na, \u00f6\u011frenim hakk\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na,\u00a0\u00a0 kay\u0131t \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n yitirilmesine ve disiplin cezas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00f6rg\u00fcn orta\u00f6\u011fretimle\u00a0\u00a0 ili\u015fi\u011fi kesilen \u00f6\u011frencilerin A\u00e7\u0131k \u00d6\u011fretim Lisesi ve Mesleki A\u00e7\u0131k \u00d6\u011fretim Lisesine\u00a0\u00a0 y\u00f6nlendirilmesine ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcmlere yer verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>20- Orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n hafta sonu, yar\u0131y\u0131l ve yaz tatili d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki resm\u00ee\u00a0\u00a0 tatil g\u00fcnleri konusunda, Ulusal ve Resm\u00ee Bayramlar ile Mahalli Kurtulu\u015f G\u00fcnleri,\u00a0\u00a0 Atat\u00fcrk G\u00fcnleri ve Tarihi G\u00fcnlerde Yap\u0131lacak T\u00f6ren ve Kutlamalar Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u00a0\u00a0 esas al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>21- Orta\u00f6\u011fretimin zorunlu e\u011fitim kapsam\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak diploma\u00a0\u00a0 harc\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>22- Z\u00fcmre \u00f6\u011fretmenler kurulu \u00f6\u011frenim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve s\u0131navlarla ilgili al\u0131nacak\u00a0\u00a0 kararlarda belirleyici hale getirilmi\u015f olup; s\u0131navlar\u0131n ortak, derslerin blok\u00a0\u00a0 olarak yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin s\u00fcre\u00e7 z\u00fcmre \u00f6\u011fretmenler kurulunun \u00f6nerisine, \u00f6\u011fretmenler\u00a0\u00a0 kurulunun karar\u0131na ve okul m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn onay\u0131na ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>23- Okul m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcne, \u00f6\u011frenciyle ilgili acil disiplin durumlar\u0131nda 10 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fcne\u00a0\u00a0 kadar tedbir karar\u0131 alabilme yetkisi verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>24- \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin genel k\u00fclt\u00fcr, \u00f6zel alan ve pedagojik formasyon alanlar\u0131nda,\u00a0\u00a0 bilgi ve g\u00f6rg\u00fclerini art\u0131rmak, \u00f6\u011fretmenlere yeni beceriler kazand\u0131rmak, e\u011fitim\u00a0\u00a0 ve \u00f6\u011fretimde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan problemlere \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131 bulmak amac\u0131yla ders kesiminde\u00a0\u00a0 ve yeni ders y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde mesleki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapmalar\u0131na ve bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n\u00a0\u00a0 \u00fccretlendirilmesine dair h\u00fck\u00fcmlere yer verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>25- Bireylerin hayat boyu e\u011fitim uygulamalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda okullar\u0131n bina, tesis,\u00a0\u00a0 ara\u00e7-gere\u00e7, personel ve kapasitelerinden azam\u00ee derecede yararland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na\u00a0\u00a0 imkan verilerek, okullar\u0131n hafta sonu, yar\u0131y\u0131l ve yaz tatilleri d\u00e2hil olmak\u00a0\u00a0 \u00fczere gerekti\u011finde 07.00-24.00 saatleri aras\u0131nda y\u0131l boyunca a\u00e7\u0131k bulundurularak,\u00a0\u00a0 \u015fartlar\u0131 uygun olan b\u00fct\u00fcn okullardan tam g\u00fcn tam y\u0131l yararlan\u0131labilmesine imkan\u00a0\u00a0 verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Orta\u00f6\u011fretimKurumlar\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi ile ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klama yapt\u0131.
