S\u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc i\u00e7inde bulunan su,glikoz,amino asit,inorganik tuzlar\u0131n nefron kanallar\u0131ndaki h\u00fccrelere al\u0131nmas\u0131na geri emilim denir.Geri emilen maddeler nefron kanallar\u0131n\u0131 saran k\u0131lcal damarlara geri verilir.<br \/>\nProksimal t\u00fcpde geri emilme :Su ozmoz ile,glikoz ve amino asitlerin t\u00fcm\u00fc ,vitaminler,amonyum,Na,CI,HCO aktif ta\u015f\u0131ma ile geri emilir.Hidrojen iyonlar\u0131da yo\u011funlu\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak aktif veya pasif olarak geri emilir.<br \/>\nHenle kulpunda geri emilme : Klor iyonlar\u0131 aktif ta\u015f\u0131ma ile geri emilirken, sodyum iyonlar\u0131 da pasif olarak geri emilir.Henle kulpunun \u00e7\u0131kan kolundan su geri emilmez.Henle kulpu idrardaki suyun azalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.Bu nedenle \u00e7\u00f6l hayvanlar\u0131nda henle kulpu daha uzundur.<br \/>\nDistal t\u00fcp : Su ve sodyum geri emilimi devam eder.Suyun geri emiliminin tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131md\u0131r.Geri emilen su miktar\u0131 Antidi\u00fcretik hormonun (Vazopressin) etkisi ile sa\u011flan\u0131r.Bu hormon distal t\u00fcp ve idrar toplama kanal\u0131na etki ederek geri emilimi sa\u011flar.Ayr\u0131ca Distal t\u00fcpe etki eden aldosteron (Mineralkortikoidler) hormonu da minarel ve tuz miktar\u0131n\u0131 dengede tutar.
