Buna g\u00f6re TBMM, 23 Nisan 1920\u2019de Sinop mebusu \u015eerif Bey\u2019in ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130stanbul\u2019dan ka\u00e7an Mebusan Meclisi \u00fcyeleri de TBMM\u2019ye kabul edilmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\"><strong>Not :<\/strong> B\u00f6ylece Milli \u0130radeye sayg\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmi\u015f, milli birlik ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn sa\u011flanmas\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">\u00a0<strong>\u0130lk TBMM\u2019nin \u00d6zellikleri:<\/strong> <strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">1- G\u00fc\u00e7ler birli\u011fi ilkesi benimsenmi\u015ftir.(yasama ,y\u00fcr\u00fctme ,yarg\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin mecliste toplanmas\u0131)B\u00f6ylece \u00e7abuk ve uygulanabilir kararlar\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.(\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o s\u0131rada \u00fclkemiz i\u015fgal alt\u0131ndayd\u0131.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">2- Egemenli\u011fin kay\u0131ts\u0131z \u015farts\u0131z milletin oldu\u011fu ve meclisin \u00fcst\u00fcnde bir g\u00fcc\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">3- Meclisin ba\u015fkan\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda h\u00fck\u00fcmetinde ba\u015fkan\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">4- Partile\u015fme yoktur, grupla\u015fma vard\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">5- Padi\u015fahl\u0131k hemen ret edilmedi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc padi\u015fah yanl\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n tepkisini \u00e7ekerek i\u00e7 sorun ya\u015famak ve b\u00f6l\u00fcnmeler olsun istenmiyordu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">6- Kurucu meclis niteli\u011findedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times;\">7- Meclis H\u00fck\u00fcmeti sistemini benimsedi. (Bakanlar\u0131n meclis taraf\u0131ndan se\u00e7ildi\u011fi sistemdir.)
