Bunun nedeni zaman\u0131nda olu\u015fan felaketler (\u00c7ernobil) ve santrallar\u0131n insan \u00fczerine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 olumsuz etkilerdir. Ama teknolojik ortamlarda yap\u0131lan bir n\u00fckleer santral\u0131n hi\u00e7bir olumsuz etkisi bulunmamakla birlikte bir\u00e7ok yarar\u0131 da vard\u0131r. <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fransa, Almanya, \u0130talya, \u0130ngiltere, ABD, baz\u0131 \u0130skandinav \u00fclkeleri, Bulgaristan, Rusya, Ermenistan ve daha bir \u00e7ok \u00fclkenin vazge\u00e7ilmez enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 n\u00fckleer enerjidir. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: small;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6rler 3 t\u00fcre ayr\u0131l\u0131rlar. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma reakt\u00f6rleri, elektrik \u00fcreten g\u00fc\u00e7 reakt\u00f6rler, pl\u00fctonyum \u00fcreten reakt\u00f6rler. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma reakt\u00f6rlerinden t\u0131pta ve kimya sanayisinde, izotop gama \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 ve n\u00f6tron \u00fcretiminde yararlan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu reakt\u00f6rlerin g\u00fc\u00e7leri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr ve hi\u00e7bir zararlar\u0131 yoktur. G\u00fc\u00e7 reakt\u00f6rlerini ba\u015fl\u0131ca sorunlar\u0131ndan biri, verimliliktir. S\u00f6z konusu reakt\u00f6rlerde \u00fcretilen elektrik enerjisinin kW (kilowatt) saat materyalinin, gelenksel santrallarda \u00fcretilenden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: small;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00fckleer santrallar di\u011fer termik santrallar gibi \u00e7evreye zarar vermezler. \u00d6rnek vermek gerekirse \u0130sve\u00e7teki N\u00fckleer santrallerden 29kg\/h lik CO2 \u00e7\u0131karken Danimarka\u2019da bu oran 890 kg\/h s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 zorlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fclkelerden Fransa enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n %75\u2019ini N\u00fckleer enerji santrallar\u0131ndan \u00fcretmektedir. Bu santrallardan \u00e7\u0131kan enerji miktar\u0131 \u00e7ok fazla oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in di\u011fer \u00fclkelerde 3 santralin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revi n\u00fckleer santrallar\u0131n sadece 1 tanesi yapar. Ayr\u0131ca Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri\u2019de enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n %25\u2019ini N\u00fckleer Santrallardan giderir.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: small;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u00dclkemizde Enerji<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: small;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00dclkemizde kurulu barajlar\u0131m\u0131z d\u00f6n\u00fcmlerce arazimizi sular alt\u0131nda b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, \u00fcstelik yetersizdir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 kapatmak i\u00e7in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z termik santrallerimiz arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla, tonlarca CO2, CO, SO2, NO2, a\u011f\u0131r metallerden Ag, Pb, Sg, U ve daha bir \u00e7ok zararl\u0131 maddeleri do\u011faya veririz. Bu gazlar en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7evre d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00fclkemizdeki enerji a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 do\u011fal gaz ile kapatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu enerji t\u00fcr\u00fc, do\u011faya, termik santralden daha az zararl\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak \u00e7evreye yine zararl\u0131 gazlar verilmektedir. \u00dcstelik do\u011fal gaz bulmam\u0131z \u00e7ok ta kolay de\u011fil. E\u011fer kom\u015fu do\u011fal gaz \u00fclkeleri bu enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 transferini keserse a\u00e7\u0131kta kal\u0131r\u0131z. Alternatif enerji diye tasarlananlar\u0131n hi\u00e7 biri, n\u00fckleer enerjiye alternatif olamaz. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: small;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Alternatif diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen, g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgar enerjisinden ba\u015fka bir de termal enerji vard\u0131r. Yer alt\u0131ndan gelen s\u0131cak su \u00e7ok korroziftir. Nitekim Denizli de ki su da b\u00f6yledir. Ayr\u0131ca at\u0131k su ise \u00e7ok zehirlidir. Bu suyun tekrar yer alt\u0131na g\u00f6nderilmesi gerekir. \u00c7evreye zararl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu enerji sistemi de, n\u00fckleer enerjiye asla alternatif olamaz. T\u00fcrkiye nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck baraj\u0131 Atat\u00fcrk Baraj\u0131 d\u0131r. Bu baraj\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fc 2400 MWh tir. Verimi ise %50 ile 1000 MWh tir. Ama yap\u0131lacak bir n\u00fckleer enerji santralindeki 8 adet reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn g\u00fcc\u00fc ise 8000 MWh civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re 8*8000 den 64.000 MWh enerji \u00fcretilecektir. Bu da 64 baraj\u0131n verdi\u011fi enerji demektir. Bu hesaplamalara g\u00f6re yap\u0131lacak 8 n\u00fckleer enerji santrali 64 enerji \u00fcreten baraj\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi enerjiyi \u00fcretir buda n\u00fckleer santral ba\u015f\u0131na 8 baraj demektir. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: small;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00dclkemizde Akkuyu \u00fczerine 8 adet n\u00fckleer santral kurulmas\u0131 planlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ama halk \u00e7o\u011funlukla buna kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
