Ancak Osmanl\u0131 Dev\u00adleti&#8217;nde ya\u015fayan Musevi ve Ermeni az\u0131nl\u0131klar daha \u00f6nce matba\u00aday\u0131 kullanarak kendi dillerinde kitaplar basm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 Devleti, Lale Devri&#8217;nde Bat\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n ilerleyi\u015fini takip etmek i\u00e7in Avrupa \u00fclkelerine el\u00e7i\u00adlikler a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f ve konsoloslar atam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlardan biri olan ve Fransa&#8217;ya el\u00e7i olarak atanan 28 Meh\u00admet \u00c7elebi&#8217;den, Fransa&#8217;n\u0131n uygarl\u0131k, e\u011fitim, as\u00adker\u00ee alandaki geli\u015fmeleri takip ederek rapor etme\u00adsi istenmi\u015ftir. 28 Mehmet \u00c7elebi&#8217;nin o\u011flu olan Said Mehmet Efendi, geli\u015fmenin e\u011fitimden kay\u00adnakland\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve bunun i\u00e7in matbaan\u0131n gerekli ol\u00addu\u011funa inanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 Devleti&#8217;nde T\u00fcrk matbaac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli \u015fahsiyetlerden biri \u0130brahim M\u00fcteferrika&#8217;d\u0131r. 1719 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren matbaac\u0131l\u0131kla il\u00adgilenen \u0130brahim M\u00fcteferrika, 1726 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>Matba\u00adan\u0131n Gerekleri <\/strong>adl\u0131 bir dilek\u00e7eyle d\u00f6nemin sadrazam\u0131 Nev\u015fehirli Damat \u0130brahim Pa\u015fa ile \u015feyh\u00fclis\u00adlama ba\u015fvurdu. Ancak sadece din d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kitaplar\u0131n bas\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in izin alabildi. 1727 y\u0131l\u0131nda da Sait Efen\u00addi ile birlikte ilk Osmanl\u0131 matbaas\u0131n\u0131 kurdu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Matbaan\u0131n Osmanl\u0131 Devleti&#8217;ne ge\u00e7 gel\u00admesinin nedenleri;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.<strong> <\/strong>Din\u00ee tutuculuk,<\/p>\n<p>2.
