Ancak ate\u015fkesin imzalanmas\u0131ndan d\u00f6rt g\u00fcn sonra Musul \u0130ngilizler taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fgal edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Lozan Bar\u0131\u015f G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde Musul konusunda uzla\u015fma sa\u011flanamad\u0131. \u0130ngiltere ile T\u00fcrkiye aras\u0131nda dokuz ayda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi \u015fart\u0131 ile Musul konusu Lozan Bar\u0131\u015f G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri&#8217;nden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<br \/>\nMusul Sorunu&#8217;na Lozan&#8217;da bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulunamad\u0131. Bu nedenle Irak s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi ileri bir tarihe b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>1924&#8217;te ba\u015flayan T\u00fcrk-\u0130ngiliz g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinden bir sonu\u00e7 al\u0131namad\u0131. Bu d\u00f6nemde \u00e7\u0131kan \u015eeyh Sait isyan\u0131 da T\u00fcrk taraf\u0131n\u0131 u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve Musul konusunda zor durumda b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngilizler b\u00f6lgede petrol yataklar\u0131 bulundu\u011fu i\u00e7in Musul&#8217;u terk etmek istemiyorlard\u0131. g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler sonu\u00e7suz kal\u0131nca konu Milletler Cemiyeti&#8217;ne (bilgi yelpazesi) g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Ancak \u0130ngiltere&#8217;nin g\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcnde olan cemiyet T\u00fcrkiye aleyhine kararlar verdi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, Milletler Cemiyeti ve Lahey Adalet Divan\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n kararlar\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmedi. Milletler Cemiyeti&#8217;nin tavsiyesi ile \u0130ngilizlerle olan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler yeniden ba\u015flad\u0131. 5 Haziran 1926&#8217;da Ankara Antla\u015fmas\u0131 imzaland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Antla\u015fma ile;<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bs-shortcode-list list-style-check\">\n<li>1. Musul, (\u0130ngiliz Mandas\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki) Irak\u2019a b\u0131rak\u0131lacak,<\/li>\n<li>2. Irak, Musul&#8217;dan elde etti\u011fi petrol gelirinin %10&#8217;unu 25 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir s\u00fcre ile T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye verecekti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Antla\u015fmayla T\u00fcrkiye Irak S\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 \u00e7izildi.
